Child-height sink temperature-control repair

The service call
Restoring balanced water control for a child-height sink.
The sink supplied hot water but no cold water, preventing normal handwashing. The regulating valve beneath the fixture was isolated, removed, disassembled, inspected, reassembled, installed, and adjusted. The completed system was then operated to confirm that both controls functioned properly.
