Yes, standard proof of insurance can be provided. If your organization requires specific certificate wording or an additional insured endorsement, send the requirements for review before scheduling.

Do you accept after-hours commercial work?

After-hours coordination may be available depending on location, scope, building access, staffing, and notice. All special scheduling terms are confirmed in advance.

Can you complete recurring work orders?

Yes. We can review recurring maintenance needs, but every location and work order must include clear authorization, scope, access contact, closeout requirements, and a payment process.

What documentation can you provide when required?

Depending on the client’s process, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance, vendor setup and onboarding forms, client-specific payment enrollment documents through a secure channel, Company Terms and Conditions, project photographs, receipts, closeout notes, and invoice documentation.
